Programs

Join us for one of Wild Sprout’s programs—designed to spark curiosity, nurture a love for nature, and inspire stewardship. From Land & Kin volunteer days to Wonder & Wander guided walks and hands-on library kits, there’s a place for every family to learn, explore, and grow together.

Library Collections

The Wild Sprout Library Program places free, nature-inspired collections in local libraries, celebrating the curiosity of children ages 6–12. Each kit weaves together science, art, and hands-on exploration to spark joyful learning and honor kids’ natural role as explorers and storytellers. By nurturing wonder, literacy, and civic awareness, the program empowers children to imagine bold, thriving futures—rooted right where they are.

Land & Kin

Land & Kin offers inclusive, family-friendly volunteer days that invite children, caregivers, and community members of all ages to roll up their sleeves.  Through planting trees, tending gardens, and cleaning up our parks, we cultivate not only the soil but a spirit of shared responsibility and joy.

Rooted in hands-on experience and collective action, Land & Kin weaves lasting connections between people and place—honoring the land that holds us and the kinship that grows when we care for it together.

Wonder & Wander

Our seasonal Wonder & Wander series bring nature lovers together to explore local green spaces, observe and learn about the magic wildlife in urban habitats. These guided experiences are equal parts education and inspiration—open to all ages and designed to spark wonder, conversation, and connection.

Subscribe for updates on new kits, program launches, and fresh ideas to spark nature-based learning.
